Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our return policy below to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 1. Standard Returns:

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused for a full refund or exchange for another product available online.
  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 2. Return Due to Unsuitability:

If the item is not suitable for your pet or if you change your mind, you are responsible for arranging the return at your own cost and the product must be unused and in original condition. No items will be accepted if it was not arranged with us beforehand. Please return items within 30 days of receipt of product to :

 4. Proof of Purchase:

All returns and warranty claims require proof of purchase. 

 5. Non-Covered Repairs:

Repairs not covered under our guarantee will incur shipping and repair costs. We will provide a quote before any repairs are made, and advance payment will be required.

6. Refund Procedure:

EFT Payments: Please note that refunds paid via EFT can only be done back into purchasers bank account . Please make sure that your banking details are correct. 

Credit card:  We can do credit card refunds via our Yoco payment platform.

 7. Custom Orders: 

No Returns or Exchanges:  Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.
